The therapy process begins with a thorough assessment. This will provide the foundation for collaboratively developing a working definition of the problems you would like to address in therapy. Once the assessment is complete, we will work together to determine appropriate and realistic goals for change, and prioritize them accordingly. In addition, we can determine the various strategies to reach those goals. At various intervals during the therapeutic work, the goals and problems will be reassessed and changes are made as needed.
